Squat and Curl 20, 8-10lbs

Lunge with overhead hold 20, 8-10lbs

Russian Twist Press 20, 8-10lbs

Pushups 20

Tabata Interval 20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 8 (4

minutes)

High Knees, Mt Climbers

or Speed Skater and Toe Taps
